It was a gift and they loved it for listening to music

This is a great product. Don't know if it can listen to conversations and record them, but it has helped set an alarm, and the music is wonderful as well. Goog speakers from a small product.

Alexa is what you would expect. A smart assistant for your home. She has a built in speaker and can listen to your commands. She is A L W A Y S listening. You have to physically press the mute button or disconnect otherwise but if you're that paranoid, what's the point? Alexa is love, alexa is life! If you're in it for the meme, it will wear off after a few months of pure entertainment but if you're really looking for an assistant or a smart home setup, a must buy! There's a newer version with a built in led clock. Get that one. Wish that one existed when I bought this one...this is so sad... Alexa, play Despacito.

Love my Alexa got one for myself my best friend my MIL and my mom and we all love it. Definitely like that she plays Simon days with the kids

got this for Christmas and did not want it.. now that I have it I love it. it plays music does timers gives me information links up to my phone and can do so many things this is a great addition to the house

This thing seems to have better hearing than me, never missing when someone speaks to it. It has quite good sound for such a small device, too.

Alexa does her job! So many different functions to use my favorite is Alexa tell me what has arrived and she will let me know that my Amazon prime packages were delivered

Love these especially for the price of 3 for $45. They are great gifts and are even fun for the kids...maybe too much fun, actually. My 7 year old always asks Alexa whatever is on his mind ;).

This has a great sound in a small package. I am not sure how they do it, but emanates a good deal of sound in a comparable way to our first gen Echo. Very much recommended if you want one of these devices.

Excellent product! My 6 year old cant live without it now. He plays music on his own, asks weather to Alexa, etc. it has decent sound.. loud and crisp. Worth buying it!!

This was a super good deal, I got it for a friend as they didn’t believe in the smart speakers. Now they use it all the time

I have 3 of these teamed up in a group in my home so I can tell Alexa to play amazon music in all rooms at the same time. I even plugged my sound bar into one of them and get a great music experience.

Works like a charm, can control music and appliances from pretty much anywhere in the house if i yell loud enough

Very convenient features that include playing music and controlling other Alexa enabled devices. Do yourself a favor and look into the phrases the device best recognizes.

This is a fantastic device for a very reasonable price. There was recently a sale (2 for $50). Best deal I have seen. I have purchased 5 of these for myself and just bought a couple more for my parents.
