Got it for free with another purchase and having fun asking it dumb questions . Good for playing music. Still wonder if someone is monitoring me- no I'm not paranoid but just saying.

I this so much fun I had to buy my adult kids one for their birthday. Now we call each other through it. My dad is in his 70's and he loves it. And the old music he has it to play

The Dots are fun to use for pranks on your kids. Hide them in your kids rooms, and then use the Alexa app to start sending music or animal sounds to their room. Fun times!

This is the first Amazon Echo Dot that I have purchased. I like to use it for basic things like checking the weather and asking questions about things that I would otherwise would have had to look up. I haven't used it to hook up to any smart devices, at least not yet. It works well. Pretty decent sound for a small speaker.

The echo dot 3rd gen is huge step up from the previous generation when it comes to sound quality and build. And it’s always on sale, should be able to get it for 25 or 30 bucks.

Great product. Have one in every color (white, charcoal, plum, and gray). Theres one unit in each room. We love them and easy peasy to setup.

Works great in the kitchen. Sound is surprisingly loud with no speaker distortion. Higly recommend!

Very inexpensive, I thought I would give this a try, and the quality is much better than I imagined

This is definitely a great improvement over the gen 1 Echo Dot. While the bass notes are still limited due to the size of the speaker, the sound overall is quite decent for it's size. It also looks a lot nicer, too. So far, I haven't had any issues installing or using this device. It seems pretty reliable so far. I'm currently using this mostly to control my Philips Hue smart bulbs in my bedroom.

Sound is not bad for the size but I do like that Alexa understands with no issues and provides good answer. I think Alexa is by far the best voice activated helper

It is very easy to set up and even easier to use! I use it for everything from alarms, reminders, shopping lists..everything! I even bought one for my parents.

Great addition to my Google nest thermostat! I can easily control of thermostat from my couch all by telling Alexa to do so!

Overall solid device but I do have to say Alexa isn't always the best with accents and sometimes won't understand a command or pull up the wrong thing. But it's getting better and it's not often that happens.

This was a free gift for buying a FIRE TV. It's pretty loud for such a small device. Just wish it had a clock on this particular model

I have never had an alexa item. Came with our tv we just bought and the thingz it can do is AMAZING! Kids love it and so do I.

I've never used one before and was hard to convince me but the staff really showed me how great of a product it was and now I use it all the time
