We own a 1st and 2nd gen, and this one beats both of them in regards to sound quality. Like, it's not even close. Everything else generally seems the same. Good product.

Had a great price so added another Echo Dot. My son wanted his own, so for the sale price, we got him one. They are easy to set up, easy to use and they are helpful.

I love it and the price was right. I will be purchasing another one to have in my living room.

I love this thing. It is very fun and easy to use and set up. It does have the option to contro your lights with your voice if you don’t have a bridge. You have to find the certain ones they aren’t that expensive in my opinion. I have the TP link ones and they are bright and change colors well with voice. This thing is loud when the volume is up. And it’s not like the echo 2nd gen in terms of bass but there’s enough.

Easy to use but the set up could be a little complicated.

Alexa echo dot works great and is convenient for playing music, asking questions, and getting amazon notifications.

I love my Alexa I was able to connect to my brink and my Sengled bulbs quite interesting

My daughters love using this for multiple purposes like setting alarms and playing music

This little guy is a great addition to a smart house. It's worked flawlessly since installed. Just be sure to disable Amazon sidewalk.

Amazing product something simple that helps around the house with lights or even some tunes from time to time

I bought this echo dot and I just can’t get over the fact that I have a devise that helps me organize my day. From grocery list to reminders. This is a must buy!!

This is my first echo dot and I was using it primarily to stream music and use Alexa to take care of some simple tasks. Fantastic product, very low key and Alexa works better than Siri, Cortana and Google so far. Understands multiple people including children and does what is asked with no issues.

We love it and easy to use but she sometimes does not understand love that when we ask something in Spanish she understands. Love the functionality.

Alexa is useful and sometimes fun. One has to be careful how you phrase your request or question. An example is I have to tell Alexa to "go" to cable, not "turn on" cable as "cable" is the HDMI designation.

I love Alexa , I found it easier to install than google that you can get overwhelmed with the instructions, the sound quality is better with Alexa for the speakers than Google. But at the end of the day you have severely lack of options when compare to the Google Mini, come on is Google at the end of the day!

Love love love the Amazon Echo Dot… I ended up purchasing two of them and a echo show Even got that little cheap one for the bathroom…great product

Never had one before, but its a helpful smart speaker. For something small, the sound is really good.
