Small but packs power I bought this echo dot to add to my collection to complete an entire music system in my home. I love the ease of setting up to my existing Alexa account its well work the money that I have spent on these wonderful devices.

I don't go for the larger more expensive versions of this. These work perfectly and I have them placed at various points around the house. I listen to music on mine and it sounds just as good as any cheap bluetooth speaker (IE not a Bose, but it sounds amazing!).

if you have an amazon account, might be worth it. if you have an amazon account and like music to be played by your own voice command, completely worth it. sound is really good for the size. only annoyance is there is no internal battery so no plug, no alexa...

Great speaker, excellent sound quality and small enough to keep anywhere in your home. Still learning the features but still highly recommend to anyone who loves listening to music while cooking, crafting, or just cleaning up around the house.

Great for kids room so they can listen to music and they love the jokes. It works as an alarm and kids love asking it questions. Some of which she has no answers.

Bought 5 total for Christmas presents, They were easy for grandchildren to set up had them working in abut 20 minutes, The boys love the sports, they play he jeopardy and love the music. Best gift I could have bought them, Bought us 2 on3 for the bedroom and one for the den, Love them

She sang song about space. That’s all you even need in this life. But honestly, it’s a really good device for $30. Alexa gets the job done, sets alarms for me, plays music, tells me jokes, and updates me on the weather. Superb.

This is a huge improvement over the 2nd gen. It looks better, feels like it is better constructed and most of all... sounds so much better. It’s much louder then the gen 2. Even worth an upgrade if you can catch it on sale. Mine came free with a blink camera... another amazon product.

Love having this item in our home! The sound system from this little round thing is amazing and I usually don’t even bother to turn on our whole house system since this is so easy! Also great for weather questions and other trivia!

It sounds better than the 2nd gen and lets you do a bit more with it. I think it looks a little better as well.

Amazon Echo Dot! Is very beautiful and cute. Love the size, and color. It has powerful sound, and very easy to use. Very handy and doesn't occupy space. Recommend as a gift as well. Loved it.

I love Alexa. Understands everything clearly. Useful and fun! I use it to read me books, play music, check the time. I want to try and set up with tv. I was able to link pandora for free too. Great device especially if you have smart household products.

Not sure there is anything I can say that hasn't been said about this device already. It works as intended and is pretty easy to setup. It's sound quality is easily the best upgrade from previous versions.

Great addition to your home when you need something turns off but don’t wanna or can’t go over to turn it off. Also love the fact that Alexa whispers back if you whisper

Awesome purchase, bought one for my home before Christmas and then bought 3 more as Christmas gifts for friends/family. The audio quality is great and the speaker is loud. Also has tons of other useful features like alarms and Alexa guard.

This is a great smart speaker that has decent sound quality. I use it in my kitchen to listen to the news and music, but its main purpose is to control the smart switches in the kitchen. I have not had any problems with it and it looks and functions great!

Big sound from such a small device. I’ve purchased the holders and placed this directly on the wall, no wires showing. It’s fantastic! Yes, it randomly talks, but you know you are sacrificing privacy with any of thread listening technology devices.

We received this when we purchased a Smart TV and while we were hesitant to use it (after hearing how it can record conversations and all those theories), we ended up installing it anyways and haven’t looked back. Adjust settings if you don’t want things you say to be saved. We use it mainly for simple things like turning smart lights/plugs on/off, playing music, asking Alexa random questions, or adding products to our Amazon cart for later checkout. I’m sure we’re not using it to it’s fullest potential, but it does what we want and that’s all we can ask. Design wise, the color fit in well with our home, it’s small and fits anywhere for us, so we can’t complain. My only minor gripe about this is that sometimes it can sound muffled when speaking/playing music and every now and then we have to ask it to do something like turn a light on twice because it ignores the first request.

Alexa has become part of our family. We have one in every room. We can quickly drop into other rooms to call the kids for dinner, set morning alarms, listen to music, turn lights on and off, and tell jokes.

The Echo Dot blends in easily and allows easy listening to music, quick answers to questions, easy setting of a kitchen timer, the uses are endless. Super simple to set up and good volume/clear sound.
