Convenience and fun

As commanded, the dot turns on tv, turns on the lights, turns on the music, answers questions we thrown at it. And of course it turns off tv, lights or music when told. Good Alexa!

If you want an Alexa in your bedroom for smart controls (alarm and turning off the lights) this one is fine. But, because of the cost and size, the speaker is just okay.
