I do not know if the problem is Alexa or GE with Fire tv it works perfect .

Alexa kinda cool my 2yr old grandbaby askes it to play baby shark all day long so hey if its keeping her occupied and chill then it get 5 stars. She also likes for it to play the rain drops to fall asleep
