Bought this 8 weeks ago, and keep having trouble with the control panel. They replaced it the 1st time, but now 7 weeks later, having same issues on the replacement. And Best Buy said .....sorry. Nothing we can do! 1500.00 for a set and I am very unhappy!

My former machine died, and I had tenants sharing my house, and with the pandemic and everything, I did only a brief survey of washers, but came from a family of Maytag buyers, so thought I couldn't go wrong. Big mistake!! This is made by Whirlpool, whose reputation has greatly declined. Upon further research I found out that Mr. Maytag was forced into an untenable situation, and had to take the buyout from Whirlpool, who then fired all the lifelong Maytag employees, and moved what was left of the company to their own factory. It's all online, but I hadn't read it until several months after the purchase. This knock-off is the nosiest, most slap-dack design of any machine I've ever encountered. Buyer beware!

Can’t use certain wash types without an error code, doesn’t spin out all water and have to run a drain and spin cycle in almost every load.

Good washer and dryer if the technology works

We have had to move the washer in and out to unplug the dryer (builder put the connections in wrong place). So, the washer is louder now when it spins. Have to call Best Buy out to get it fixed or replaced. We should never have any problems with brand new equipment, EVER!!! I would recommend to a friend, only if we can get them replaced.
