I have called twice and it is a balancing issue and I have keep the keep the door open after I wash a load of dirty clothes. Then keep the dispensary drawer open as well? The dispensary drawer retains so much water afterwards. I wish I never bought this pair.

Love my new Maytage W/D set

I did not stack them. I have a countertop over them for folding clothes. Quiet, really spins the water out of the clothes. Very happy with my purchase. Shopped around and decided on Maytag because they have been in business so long and this appliance has "commercial technology". Replacing my W/D that lasted 19 years, so hoping the same for these.

It is constantly throwing error codes. We get it working for maybe one load and then it's back to throwing more error codes. I've never had this issue with an appliance before, let alone a brand new one.

I had a service and they told me the control panel need to be replaced. The total cost is as much as a new washer. We washed about 3 small loads a week.

Worst washer. It will leak and destroy your floors

First one leaked and replacement has been leaking for the last 3 months. Maytag has sent a tech 6 different times and can’t figure it out. I can’t believe Best Buy keeps selling this model. Maytag used to make really good products but this washer has shown how little they understand their products now and how engineering support is very limited. Now I have all laminated floor damaged ready to be replaced and still a leaking washer that Maytag is still trying to fix...
