After the service tech installed and connected the water lines, the machine was filling with water without the power being turned on. Had to get a replacement!

The washer if %100 faulty just got to test it.....Very unhappy

Great washer so far. I purchased this for my home and it works extreamly well. I will purchase the matching Dryer this year if it is still available. Maytag Quality!!!

This waching machine does an excellent job of cleaning even witout the Extra Power mode. What is really amazing is how well it cleans in the quick wash cycle. In about 15 minutes we can wash a pretty dirty load of laudry, and with the full speed spin cycle, it dries quicly in the dryer. This is a great machine for my household of seven persons. What is also great is the fresh spin cycle, which we can leave on in case we get distracted. It really helps to keep forgotten laundry in the washing machine fresh.

Just received it this week, was supposed to be installed the two non English speaking delivery guys brought it to the laundry room set it down and asked for a good review when they left. I had to hook it up and move it into the correct position and level it. We have run several loads through it and it appears to do a good job and is quiet compared to the old one we had. Time will tell as to the actual quality of the washer but to date appears good.

We bought our first (!) washer in May 2019. In August 2019, the washer stopped working because of excessive suds in the drain pump. This part is not covered under the VERY limited warranty. A repair was quoted at $615 (we paid $700 for the washer). However, supposedly due to Covid the part was on backorder through at least the end of October. We elected to replace the washer. Unfortunately, because we have a stacking situation, we had to replace with the same exact model (otherwise we would have had to purchase a new dryer, too). The SECOND washer also has problems. A piece broke off of the front gasket, so now water leaks out of the front. When we run the Affinity cycle (to protect the pump from getting suds built up), an enormous amount of water pours onto the floor. We have been waiting for the replacement part to come in for two months, the repair company says it has no idea when it will be available. THANKS MAYTAG!!! Other than the costly and very slow repairS, we have found the product to fully meet performance expectations.

We needed a washing machine fast and Best Buy delivered. Delivery was fast and the installation team was phenomenal. It works so well we can’t stop doing laundry.

I had the front end loaders before. They lasted me 10 years. Purchased a Samsung. Worst mistake ever. Just purchase this front end loade4. Love it! Its quite and cleans the clothes.

Great washer with uncomplicated buttons and dials (one of the reasons I leaned toward this model). Easy to use. Washes great and looks beautiful. Very happy with purchase.

This washer is so disappointing. I had a GE for 10 years and when it started to have issues, thought I'd upgrade to a Maytag. Nope, wish I would have made a different choice. Let's see, this thing takes much longer to run cycles than my old washer, and the countdown clock means almost nothing as it will stay on the 1 minute mark for a good 10 minutes before finally finishing up. It also flings water everywhere when I open the detergent bin. It does clean clothes, but it's just not what I was hoping for. I would return but Best Buy only gives you 15 days for major appliances.

We purchased this washer from Best Buy exactly 1 year and 6 days before it stopped working. The washer indicates a suds issue and slow drain but after taking the washer apart that was not the case. There is no user serviceable filter like on most other washers so maintenance is an issue. There are frequent balancing issues throughout the life of the product when having sheets or otherwise light bedding in it. I would not recommend this particular washer and rather spend a little more for an LG product in the future. Now onto the Warranty game with Maytag - I’m curious to see how true to the described warranty coverage they are.

Love this washer. It's quiet and efficient. Delivery was on time and the guys were knowledgable and experience.
