Security cover ensures hackers can't turn it on without your knowledge. Top recommendation on impartial Wirecutter review site. Waited about half-a-year during pandemic before it became available. Only complaint is that, while it comes with small diagram showing how to clip it onto monitor, nothing about using it. Had to get associated software and tutorials from the internet.
