The available Logitech software (Capture) which allows fine tuning of the camera does not set the camera internally so there is no effect when used by conference software such as Zoom. I will keep using it, but I expected a better picture is all. The hinge/clamp works really well, even on my monitor which has a curved backside. The privacy cover is something all webcams should have. Installation was a snap.

Huge Packaging Flaw

There is a protective plastic piece on the back of the cam that leaves a HORRIBLE sticky residue when removed. I returned several before getting one that I was able to remove cleanly. Even the store models on display that I looked at had the filfthy goey mess on teh back. Super minor detail, but frustrating.
