I have not been able to find any adjustments to the microphone settings. People have noticed my voice is different on their end since I started using this product. Meaning they are picking up white noise.

If you haven't already, you can also adjust some of the camera settings in the app you're using the webcam with (ex: Zoom, Teams). This may help you resolve your microphone audio issue. The sound and picture qualty was not as good as the Logitech. The microphone is very sensative. If you are doing a team meeting and have other people close by, it picks up everything.
