I would give it four and a half stars (5 for the video for the price, and 4 because the microphone is just a touch weak when I use it in an actual class setting, rather than teaching from my home office.)

The 1 page insert said to download the G-HUB software from Logitech's site. But when I went to their site, I was greeted with a message that there are no downloads available for this camera. I had a chat session started in the background, but after 6 hours of no response, I started looking for other solutions. I finally stumbled on the Logi-Tune software, and I was able to successfully install it. Many of the camera settings that were supposed to be in G-HUB don't exist in Logi-Tube, but I still managed to get an acceptable image from the camera. Bottom line, Logitech's support sucks. I would not recommend this or any other product until they get their act together.
