Great camera for the cost

Automatic Focus is a Joke

I can’t stay in focus for more than five minutes. Move a single inch backwards and there is a 90% chance you are now blurry. Even more ridiculous, the official recommendation for fixing this blatant design flaw is to download a Logitech software in which you will need to manually configure the webcam each time you want to use it to even have a chance of having a good experience. This software must remain open and be reconfigured every time you boot up and use the cam as there is no option to save your settings. Webcams from over five years ago weren’t this complicated. Don’t buy this product and definitely switch to a different brand.

Posted .Hi Nick, So sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the C920S HD Webcam. Logitech's Capture software does allow you to save all your settings in your user profile, assuming that wasn't the software you are using. If it isn't, then here's a link to download it: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024695174--Downloads-C920s-HD-Pro-Webcam. Also, if you're not using an OBS software (Online Broadcaster Software), I highly suggest downloading Streamlabs---it's owned by Logitech and will also allow you to do more advanced settings for your C920s that you should be able to save.
