Poor customer service for a damaged item

Black ink cartridge did not work. I returned to dover de store 6.11. Clerk stated i couldn't return due to package being open. I stated that it would be impossible to know it was damaged unless i opened. He called someone i think and restated no return. Recently spent over $2500 and probably $6000 in last 3 years. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this lack of logic and sevice over a $39 transaction. Also canceling BB credit card

Over-priced HP Ink Cartridges

Isn't this the same issue that resulted in a class-action lawsuit?? HP cartridges are over-priced and consumers should not be forced to buy them.

Bad buy

By the time I got the cartridge, ink ran out on the original black cartridge ( same as yellow and blue) and now my printer won’t print anything. Best Buy still has not sent me the replacement cartridges?????
