    Awesome device, good deal, however it's IMEI is blacklisted at AT&T so I've been having a hard time getting service on it, and no one is able to help.

    I’m so stoked having this. My buddy from work got one and I loved watching tv on it on shift. I had to get one and love it.

    I’m sure it would have been great as I was going to update from my 4th gen but there wasn’t enough of a difference in my opinion to justify the cost so I returned it

    I just contacted Apple for support on this item after BestBuy declined. They notified me that Apple does not provide any support for Apple items purchased other than through Apple direct. The problem is that BestBuy also provides no support for Apple products, or at least to me.
