This new machine works great. Have a very old roomba and a shark vacuum neither compare to how great this device it. Daily use on carpet and hardwood.

Wow! Roomba is the way to go! i9 has a much more power to do an even better job. Combine the power with better mapping and a dumping station makes for a better job to be done.

The most powerful robot vacuum we’ve owned with the two main drawbacks being iRobot updates (50/50 chance your Roomba starts acting drunk) and time required to complete a job (…guess because it’s thorough?).

I have a German shepherd and a golden retriever this is my life saver! It does an amazing job! Highly recommended

Let me start by saying this is my 6th roomba. I have had every generation and I cannot live without it. This is by far the BEST version of the robot yet. I love the way they changed the design so it actually can get into the corners better and it is quieter. Super easy to clean this one it has bigger openings to pull the stubborn debris out. Definitely worth the money just make sure you get the service plan as if you use them as much as I do you will need it. The only downside to this is you can’t use powder on your carpets or it will break.

Works great but doesn’t finish the house (2900 sqft) Had to recharge after about 2000 sqft. Other than that, pleased with purchase.

Super convenient with the software feeling a little buggy. If you have shag like carpet it’s not the best for that. Pretty noisy too but if you can spend this amount on a robot vacuum this is your best bet.

This may be the best thing since sliced bread. I just bought this after moving into a new house. It has mapped my floor plan and has kept my floors clean for over a month now. Love it!

Once you are out of warranty good luck! 2 months after the warranty expired I started having issues with the the Roomba stopping and complaining about the main brushes needing to be cleaned out. I never found anything on them except for minor hair once in a while. I would clear it out and it would work fine for 1 cleaning or so only to have the same 02 error again. I went ahead and replaced the brushes thinking that maybe they were worn causing the issue. Nope after a week of installing the new brush heads I get the same error. I followed troubleshooting steps to even run without the brushes yet still get the error message that the brushes need to be cleared out even when there is nothing in them. I contacted support left a voice mail. never got a response back. I tried twice by email through their website. I have yet to hear back. I went ahead and ordered a replacement cleaning head hoping this will fix it. In the meantime while waiting for it to show up I tore down the current one thinking hair or something is stuck in the gearing. In taking it apart its clean and the grease is almost as new. Up until now it would work fine, every once in a while it would get lost or lose its way back to home base but it would do an ok job of basic cleaning. It was definitely not worth its purchase price. Be warned iRobot does not return voice mails or email messages, or requests left on their support page when you are out of warranty!

Could not as for a better cleaning robot, have a previous version that already worked great. Now this one has everything I need and more. If you are looking to get one this is a great choice

I have a new baby, and I definitely don't have that much time to vacuum anymore. My new roomba saved my life. Now my house is vacuumed every day while I take care of what's important.

Beware before you buy! Wheels degrade rapidly and I have been waiting a year for iRobot to restock the right wheel module. They only have the left available, yes you have to replace the whole wheel not just the tread, and then they tell you one is out of stock. Oh but their solution! They will sell you a refurbished unit for $150! Stick with Shark...they actually stand behind their products. IRobot never again!

High tech cleaning robot that cleans more thoroughly than professional cleaners. It is expensive but works really well. Occasionally, it does get stuck away from charging station.

Returned it after getting stucks on low profile rugs amd running over poop and draging around the house….

This model does a great job! We have had a Roomba for more than 5 years and this was worth the extra money as an upgrade!

This robot is a god send. For a family with 3 dogs and a lot of outdoor activities this robot cleans like no other and reaches all the places we can’t. Definitely worth the money.

Great robot! Many great features except that when the map is up on the app you can’t see where the robot is or what’s been completed. Only after the job is done can you see where it vacuumed.

This newest model has exceeded our expectations. It replaced prior robot vacuum from another manufacture. When using the older vacuum, we would need to take everything off the floor, turn the chairs up on the table etc, or else it would ALWAYS get stuck. With the new Roomba, it navigates the house perfectly without any issues. The only annoyance/change we needed to make was to move the base to a different location so it had enough room on all sides. Otherwise it would have issues trying to determine how to get through the hallway.

The purpose of the Roomba will make my life so much easier, and cleaner. I experienced some issues with this unit, but Customer Service is exceptional. A new machine is on its way. I'm hoping this will solve my issues.

I gave this as gift for my sister and brother in law,they have 3 dogs one a white huskie who sheds terribly she say this works beautifully
