I am not happy with the S9+, i have owned it for 6 months now. I needed an upgrade from my older Roomba 650 becuase it would not go over my new area rug. I initally purchased the 7+, I thought the 7 should have workded better for the price, so i returned it and got the 9+. As it turns out that the 9+ is worse on picking up dog hair, and it gets stuck at a minimum of once per run, which i run it once everyday. It gets stuck in the middle of the floor, with nothing in its way. My recomendation is not getting the 9 but getting the 7, i had the 7 for a little over 3 weeks with no running issues, it picked up the dog hair better, but not great. I missed my return date, so i am stuck with this 1k robot that i have to help getting unstuck every day. not woth the price

The s9+ is a game changer for me. I have two dogs and a cat and absolutely no carpets in my entire home. So it was a lot of vacuuming and then mopping - none of which I havee to do anymore! The s9+ has done a great job on my floors, accurately mapping both downstairs and up. The bag lasts a LONG time and is a really hands free. Absolutely worth every penny!!

Great vacuum works very very well good on cat hair and battery life and cat litter

I would buy this vacuum again. I use it to vacuum the second floor of a downtown residence, about 700 square feet. The vacuum is used daily and works well. The only quirk is it had run out of memory and I had to reset it. Even with the quirk it rates 5 stars and I hope they keep improving there vacuums. It is a huge time saver and I love coming home to freshly vacuumed carpets every day

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. Started out like a warrior has become a finicky princess. Lots of error codes, gets stuck alot, lots of resets, on the phone with Irobot alot literally taking it apart... For a $1000 bucks buy whatever extended warranty possible..

This replaced our roomba 980 that’s 4 years old. In the first 2 months it has already cleaned more square footage than the 980. It just cleans for 3 months strait without being touched. The bag could have held more, but I replaced it with the hepa filter after nearly 3 months but it can go 90 days. How awesome is that? Clean floors every day and virtually no maintenance.

Overall a great help around the house. Unfortunately the errors are frequent and majority of jobs do not get completed

Automatic dirt disposal makes this expensive but totally worth it!
