This has seriously made my life so much easier. I have a special needs child, a disabled husband and 3 cats; life is chaotic to say the least and this helps take a chore off of my list.

This is a nice device. I wouldn't say that it is quite as robust as the vacuum, however it works pretty well.

Very satisfied! Not hip on the technology though. It comes with a washable wet mop but wish I had a spare! Don’t like disposable ones.

I like the floor wiper, but the camera does not work well in small places

Having benefited from the opinions of other reviewers along the way, as an iRobot customer of over 15 years I felt obligated to share my more recent experiences with this company. To complement an existing Roomba we decided to purchase a mopping robot, a Braava jet m6, for the specific purpose of the "Mop after" feature iRobot advertises. Upon that command, although the mop is supposed to be able to follow after the vacuum without a separate programming run, in our case it would not work. Despite submitting what we believe was a timely support request, after months of interacting with various support personnel where at each stage the recommended steps did not resolve the issue, iRobot ultimately declared that the unit had now fallen out of warranty. Tellingly, one of the technicians I had talked to said the mop-after feature "works MOST of the time." Meanwhile, the mop has difficulty crossing over nearly flat thresholds (e.g., tile to LVP) when run manually. The flagship vacuum performs somewhat better, although the software remains clunky and often poorly responsive. Previously an innovator seemingly committed to customer satisfaction, iRobot is now a brand to avoid in my opinion.

Sometimes gets lost and took time to learn the house. But works fine now..

great mop. I got it for mothers day in 2020. Still works great.

Redundant and repetitive at times , but it slowly learns....pads can become expensive. Overall I like it

This was a gift to my brothers, they love it. They have a dog and a busy lifestyle so this is perfect for them. They love that it pairs with their Roomba vac and they can schedule it to run when they are gone. It dries fast and is working well with their cleaner of choice. I wish I got one for myself!

For a hot minute this bot was used. It had a defective nozzle system. The Geek Squad tried to fix it but they couldn't get parts. We received a refund (Prorated) because we are Total Tech Members. So, I can't really fairly rate a product that I couldn't get to work.

Great automatic mop. We use BI-weekly between manual mopping/cleanings.

This little mop get the job done but for some reason it cannot complete a job once we turn off the lights
