This is the Best coffee machine we’ve ever had ( and we’ve had quite a few). It’s super easy to use, easy to program, easy to clean, quiet, you can make pretty much Any type of coffee you could want. Basically it’s Awesome!! I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about it.

Working good easy to clean and save filters, the filter is really easy to clean

I bought this in-store about a year ago, and it's been perfect. I wanted a machine mostly for single-cup, but I occasionally need to brew a half or full pot. I find myself mostly using the XL cup and travel mug settings set to "Rich" to brew my morning cup. Every cup is consistently very good. My only negative is to ignore the advice on scoops of coffee needed. It might be OK for pre-ground stuff from the store, but with freshly ground, it's nowhere near enough. (Fresh-ground is looser, not packed as tight.) My suggestion is to use a small scale, and experiment until you find the perfect amount. For me, with Arbuckles coffee ground at the time of brewing, it's 18 grams for a regular cup, 23 grams for the XL cup, 28 grams for the travel mug. I don't use it a lot, but the frother is about as good as you can possibly get without actual steam.

I decided to purchase this coffeemaker since I was sick of wasting money on k-cups and contributing to discarded plastics. I've never owned a "proper" coffeemaker, but this this works like a charm so far. It's pretty silent compared to others I've seen, and the controls are fairly simple. Comes with a little booklet that helps you make some of the fancier drinks that you see in the promotional images.

Awesome coffee maker. Has a lot of different functions and is easy to clean, easy to use. Comes with some handy tools like a measuring spoon and frother as well.

I like that I can Bre one cup or a kettle. It’s also easy to clean. I use it daily.

In love with this machine. My 76 year old father in law who hates electronics picked it up right away. Every morning he wakes up at 4:30 am and makes a pot. Then we make another at 6a.m. Few times a week we make a pot at night. Holding up strong.

Coffee is rich and frother is a nice addition! Half a carafe and I am set for the day.

I was looking for a new coffee maker when I have found Ninja. It was a bit out of the price range I wanted to spend but after reading many excellent reviews and thinking about how much I usually use the coffee maker and how much I enjoy a great tasting coffee, I gave it a shot. I have been using it for a while now and never regretted buying it. I highly recommend this and it is so worth the price.

great coffee maker way better than my previous one

Got this on a sale, does everything and then some. Pick your desire cup size, strength, want to get fancy ? use the attached frother with cold or warm milk. Easy to clean, easy to use, couldn't ask for more from a $100 coffee maker.

Bought this coffee maker, its easy use but expensive. But still enjoying it..

Great coffee station. Great for the Coffee people who prefer to grind their own beans. no paper filters to mess with. consistent results every time and lots of options so you don't waste precious coffee. Previously had a Kuerig and it was convenient for single serve but did not taste good no matter which pod I tried. Ninja machine makes lots of great machine coffee!

Perfect. It has a measuring spoon with option to make it classic or rich. I love it. It also has a gauge it to make your milk foam. I make one cup of coffee or one pitcher and it always comes out perfect.

Makes good coffee, and the cup at a time feature works well. However, sometimes when the knob is set to make a full pot of coffee, it only brew half a pot... I think the selector switch may be off.. Also, it DOES NOT have automatic brew pause - you have to slide a switch above the pot to shut off brewing if you want a cup before its finished. Kind of annoying, since most have this feature.

This product has cut down our Starbucks / DunkinDonuts bills for sure. The same taste, frothy and warmth in the coffee that one gets in coffee shops. We have bought the ground coffee paper filters in addition to the filter the product has. We used to get little bit powder residue in our coffee's last sip which we did not like. The latte, capucino, dolgana and few others from the recipe book which comes with the machine are our favorites. We had a sub $25 coffee maker before this one and burnt our fingers/hands quite a few times. This one is super easy and safe to use. I was recommended by my sister who has previous version of same product. I do miss one option she uses a lot for latte's on her machine... unable to recollect now what that was. I am ready to recommend this product in a heartbeat.

This coffee maker is full of extras which make it a great buy. We don't use the frother but everything else works as advertised. No glitches.
