Q: Does this machine make espresso?
A: We would like to inform you that this machine does not have an Espresso setting. With this being said, this machine has a Specialty brew that provides a super-rich concentrate that allows you to make coffee-based drinks like cappuccinos and lattes.

Q: Can I program the coffee to brew in advance?
A: I’m going to assume you mean delay brew. If so, then yes! I get ours ready every night so that when we wake up, coffee is ready!
Q: Ninja specialty coffee maker require filters to be buy additionally to the machine?
A: We are glad to assist you with your inquiry. We would like to inform you that this unit comes with a permanent filter. You may still use a #4 paper filter however we do not recommend using it in conjunction with the permanent filter as clogging and backing up of water and/or coffee in the filter basket can occur.
A: It has an ice coffee feature but you need to have Ice in your cup before you brew it, the machine will brew it at a suitable temperature for ice.
Q: How long it takes to make 10 cups? 1 cup? 16oz?
A: We are happy to assist you. Depending on your settings, your brew time will vary from around 4 minutes to 10 minutes.
Q: Does this machine actually grind the coffee beans?
