I’ve been using the Ninja 10-Cup Specialty Coffee Maker with Fold-Away Frother and Glass Carafe every day since I bought it, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. This coffee maker is the perfect upgrade, replacing an older Ninja model that my wife and I used daily for five years. That old machine served us well, and I’m confident this one will do the same. The versatility of this coffee maker is outstanding. Whether we’re brewing a full pot for the morning or a single cup in the afternoon, it delivers consistently great coffee every time. The specialty brew options are a nice touch, especially when we want something a little different, like a rich, concentrated coffee for iced drinks. The fold-away frother is a fantastic feature, adding a café-quality touch to our drinks without taking up extra space on the counter. The design is sleek, with a black and stainless steel finish that looks great in our kitchen. The machine is user-friendly, and I appreciate how easy it is to clean. Despite using it daily, we haven’t run into any issues—it just works, every time. If you’re looking for a reliable, versatile coffee maker that can handle daily use with ease, I highly recommend the Ninja CM401. It’s a worthy investment that I expect will last us for many years, just like our last Ninja.

Get this if you want very good coffee and you dont want to spend 500 dollars. It makes a good shot too! The milk frother is quiet and quick, it turns 1/4 cup milk into a full cup of froth. Iced coffee is super easy and you can make a single cup or a full to go mug. And you do not need to buy and waste paper with filters. It has a very good mesh metal filter that doesn't add a metalic flavor to the coffee like some do.

We got this coffee maker and we love it! You can make different size coffee. Also it has a mesh coffee filter so we dont have to buy any coffee filters. I do like how the water rank is removable so filling it with water without spilling is a plus. Also there is a rack you that just pull out just for 1 cup pf coffee instead of filling the whole pot which is convenient. Theres also different setting when you want to select whether you want it to be specialty or rich or classic. We just use classic but our coffe always comes out good. There is a spinner to mix your drink that is in a good spot not in the way easy to put away. As for cleaning the coffee maker is alot easier than other coffee makers i have owned. I recommend this product

Game changer! I am in love with my Ninja! I have had my Keurig for years, but recently visited friends who had a Ninja and the coffee was amazing. I went home and caught this on sale. Honestly, I would have bought it either way. I love how I can customize my coffee strengths and flavors. Also I can appreciate knowing the fresh water is visible and none is stored inside the machine like the Keurig. The frother takes it to another level. If you love coffee and want to savor the flavor, get it. You won’t regret it.

This is by far the BEST coffee maker we've ever owned. I have to admit I was skeptical buying an expensive coffee maker from a lessor known coffee brand like Ninja. However, with all the cool features Ninja packed into the machine, we were willing to take a chance. All I can say is, "AWESOME"! This thing makes the best cup of coffee imaginable and the frothing arm is a blast! I mean who doesn't like warm frothed milk in their coffee every morning?! Fresh, hot coffee in the morning then switch to a chocolate espresso martini at night....Ninja does it all!! So stop reading reviews and just buy this machine!! You won't be disappointed!

I love this machine! Not only is it easy to use and even easier to clean, the quality of coffee is excellent. Classic gives you exactly what you expect, rich gives you a more concentrated brew. The iced coffee option works really well. A built in milk frother is key. Lastly, I love that I don't have to waste a bunch of coffee if I'm the only one in the house drinking some. You can do a full carafe, a half or an individual mug without having to get the carafe dirty. 10/10 Ninja back at it again with an excellent product!

Great coffee maker! I needed the multi-function in a coffee machine. Being able to make 1 single cup or a full pot in one machine is awesome. Also, the in-built frother works perfectly for specialty coffees. Ninja is great on appliances. You won’t be disappointed

This Ninja coffee maker is a godsend! I usually do a pour over latte to get my coffee just right but I’ve found my groove with this machine. I can make the perfect brew, froth my milk and all the extra features are super convenient. And—it’s aesthetic appealing which is a plus. Love it!

Automated features work well, Ninja CS team still reports this machine is SCA certified if you ask in chat or email, but they did remove all label/notice of it on their packaging, and it is not listed on the SCA's site anymore. Perhaps they didn't want to renew their certification (it was formerly SCA certified), but I do not know the full details. Either way it's some of the best drip coffee I've had, I still think french pressing makes a better cup, but sometimes you just want to use the automatic feature which isn't possible with a french press, obviously or make coffee in higher volumes. The 4oz concentrate makes a really great 4oz. portion, it might make you just want an espresso machine though! It definitely kind of does for me, but is still very enjoyable all the same. I do wish they would add a 6oz or 8oz option for the concentrate.

The price tag may be high for most but the system speaks for itself. Easy to use, good tasting coffee, and reliable. The frother is the perfect touch.

We have enjoyed using this coffee pot system for over 2 years strong. This is ised every day except for about 2 weeks of when we were on vacation. The frother is easy to remove snd clean. The multiple cups and tumbler options are ojr go to setting for afternoon oced coffees or just a quick cup to go on the commute. We highly recommend this ninja station

Our last Ninja lasted over two years. So, we went for another one. Several reasons to like the improvements with this newer model. It seems to require less cleaning despite 2-3 use per day! And, a few of the settings are easier to manage and more useful. Happy with the durability and the taste. We would buy a third one when it comes time for a replacement.

Great upgrade from a previous Ninja Coffee maker we had for 5 years. Picked this up on a discount promotion.?Had to wait since it may have been in high demand among stores but still worth it so far. Brews better with the dispensing design into your cup or pot supplied giving a better brewed cup of Java. The specialty setting is one of my favorites for a quick expressive fix and the included fritter tops off the treat. Another great upgrade is the separate tea basket for that healthy tea done if us are exploring or love. This one a has slightly smaller four print in my countertop which frees up space. Make sure you go through the quick start to prime and clean out any manufacturing remnants or smells and you are good to go! Best Buy staff were quick courteous and professional. Will shop this particular store at Alamo more often in the future.

What can I say?! I'm kind of a coffee snob. If you need a new brewer this is it! I am in love with this machine. Not only does it look great it makes reallllly good coffee. Easy to clean. Different brew sizes and a scoop that's marked for each size. Also the ability to make iced coffee and froth milk. I hope it lasts forever. It seems good quality so I'm sure I'll get good use out of it. I did buy the 22oz tumbler I would say skip that and just stick with your normal go to travel mug or cup. I'm super happy with my purchase and you will be too.

We have been very happy with our purchase of the Ninja Coffee maker. It’s been used to delay brew coffee every morning and they have all been great. We had an old Mr. Coffee drip machine for years and it made good coffee, but this tastes way better. Not sure if it’s the water temp, of the process but it’s better and for a family that will drink a full pot everyday, I don’t mind paying a little more for a product the delivers what I want. A++

I really like this new coffee machine. Its better than the last one I bought. It looks big but fits very nicely on my counter top and doesn't take up much space at all. I really like the options it has to make several different sizes of cups of coffee.

I bought this unit for a $100 for a Black Friday and deal and I love it. I hesitated buying this u it for years after reading mix reviews but I was wrong not to. It’s very easy to use and set up, its stores water which is good. It has many sizes to choose from so far as smaller coffee mug , travel thermos and of course the coffee pot that it comes with. The taste is very good and there is 3 different ways to make coffee, from hot to cold. I highly recommend this coffee maker especially almost %50 off at this time.

We couldn’t be more pleased with this coffee maker ensemble. It has redefined how easy making coffee can be and how much better coffee can taste. First, the options for the size has been vital. Due to working from home, we prefer having a lot of coffee at first but then may want one small cup later in the day. It has this option! The measuring tool on the side makes it so easy to know how much coffee is needed. The warm carrier is very easy to see (my last coffee pot had minimal visibility on whether the water being poured in had reached the limit) but this is so much easier. The Stay Warm feature is great, as it will stay warm for 4 hours. The froth feature makes the creamiest of drinks. We heat up the milk, use the froth-er and it comes out so creamy. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this. Get this coffee maker!

We were previously using a pod coffee maker. Little did I know what crappy coffee we were drinking. We had gotten so used to it after 8 years. This machine makes real deal coffee! I also love the froth option. I make myself a cappuccino daily! Also, Best But has the lowest price!
