Died in less than a month

From day one I've had constant issues with the Xbox either not seeing the microphone or the entire headset, when it's left plugged in to the console and hasn't even been rebooted. Requiring me to unplug and plug it back in and wait for it to assign the headset again. I'd often have to do this like 2 or 3 times. Now today, the headset won't even turn on. Less than a month after buying it, the headset won't even turn on. Microsoft needs to do better with this audio thing and Logitech needs to do better with this quality thing. This is the third headset I'll be returning in less than a month. The two previous were Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2s, that wouldn't stay connected worth a crap. Are there seriously no good wireless headsets for Xbox?

Definitely spend fhe extra 40 for the mod kit from Astro directly, unless you're lucky enough to get them at a store.

Great sound and features, top padding needs work

The button that changes the balance between voice and game sound works wonders, and the EQ and Dolby Atmos create superior sound. I would give this 5 stars but the padding ln the top of the head comes loose quite often and it ends up digging into the top of my head.
