I've had the headset for a month now. After the initial setup and firmware update, it's performed as well as you'd expect a high end head set to perform. Loud highs, low bass. Extended wear comfort (8+ hours continuous, just as comfortable as the 1st minute). I'd say they're worth every penny.

Very comfortable, good battery life and nice sound.

I will admit that I was skeptical purchasing this headset with others claiming compatibility issues with the next-gen consoles, however, I am glad just pleased with this headset all around. I own a gaming pc, PS5 and Xbox Series X, and utilize this headset for all platforms with no issues whatsoever. The update for the usb-audio pass through was user friendly and as soon as I plugged the base station into the Xbox, it recognized the headset immediately. Although this headset is marketed for Xbox, it absolutely works with the PS5 by utilizing the pc setting on the base station! As far as comfort goes, I just have not owned a headset that is as comfortable as this and it is glasses friendly. Also the ear cushions utilize a soft fabric that doesn’t warm your ears and cause you to sweat like many of the Turtlebeach premium headsets I’ve owned. As an added plus, you get 2 years of Dolby Atmos for headphones for free! In summary, I would certainly recommend this headset to other next-Gen console owners.

The best headset I’ve used in the world better than the last gen since I’ve owned it it’s great quality very durable and the sound is immaculate!!

Headphones are great, has plenty of range and sound quality is very crisp. Watching movies or playing the latest and greatest game. Battery life is second to none.

It was time to upgrade so I did my research. The Astro a50 is the perfect headset to compliment any serious gamer. There are presets that are excellent to detect footsteps from a distance with pin point accuracy, The lows are low and the highs are high. The headset is comfortable for longer gaming sessions, or quick drop ins.

I have had many corded and wireless gaming headsets but these are by far the best. Audio quality is awesome you get Dolby surround sound they are wireless without any connection issues unlike some wireless brands

These are comfortable adjustable good headset I will recommend for gaming quality is there and the audio is very good

After purchasing many, many headsets from different companies, I’ve found the perfect one for me. I wanted a headset with specific features, and the A50’s deliver. Comfort, amazing sound, and a must for me, mic monitoring. The surround sound is insane.

Very easy to hook up. The sound is clear and loud. The voices do not sound muffed. Very comfortable to wear. Easy to have on for a long time. Easy to play and move around with.very durable can be used by all ages

Had the steelseries with the DAC, they sounded phenomenal but couldn't get them to feel comfortable. Traded them in for the A50. So much more comfortable to me than the steelseries were. With my digital EQ I can get these sounding just the same if not better than the steelseries.

Excellent product, sound is great and long battery life!!! No complaints so far

Spent big money on these and it was worth it. Not a single issue, amazing sound quality. Has tons of Bass. The tower charges it and also makes the layout look clean. Works with PC and Xbox. Battery Life is super long. I played a week on them before I had 1 bar left. I usually play for a total of 4 to 5 hours daily

Still getting used to them I guess. Very good but makes a slight 3 to 4 ticks every now and then during silence or during the game or movie. Throws me off sometimes and it shouldn't be happening. They are comfortable . Only other things is you can hear your voice when you talk. Not a huge fAn of that and wish it was like the a40. It's still good over all with Dolby atmos but it still has those kinks.

Best headset I’ve ever owned. I have had the steel series 7s (which were great) and the Astro A40TRs but these are by far the best. They’re heavier than the steel series but much more comfortable. The sound is better by a mile and music is more natural

Absolutely one of the best headsets in my opinion. This is my second pair. Nothing was wrong with my older gen Astros just got the series x and wanted the updated version. The sound quality is superb. Very comfortable to ware for a good amount of time

Good but far from great. This is by no means a $300 headset it should likely be more in the neighborhood of $150 like my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 which is what I was replacing with this. I had alot of connection issues with turtle beach which forced me to go this route and I don't think the sound quality is as nice as on these but I do prefer the build and design a bit more. So again its's good but not great but definitely not worth $300 and they also have a $50 upgrade kit as well which is crazy

Very easy to get setup on pc at least. Literally plug and play. Automatically connects to pc and starts up right away. Great features, turns it’s off when you lay them down, turns themselves on when you put them on. No need to even flip the switch
