I've had them for over a year and they still work wonderfully. I especially enjoy how I don't have to be tied down to my seat with them on because of its wireless capabilities. However, when communicating with others it does tend to cut out a little when i'm too far away from the base, but that's to be expected.

A few things to note: No on/off switch on the cradle. For whatever reason Xbox series X just likes to fight and not connect the headset properly requiring constant plugging/unplugging. With no switch expect the USB port to possible damage or wear out. Also if the headset is left plugged into your Xbox and you use Dolby atoms for your sound system you will need to unplug the headset to get fat full Atmos audio otherwise it will output to your AVR as LPCM. It sounds great when it works but expect to have to futz around with it more than any other off the shelf headset.

Great Headset, Great Service despite Return

Best Buy exchanged it without issue and I've really enjoyed it ever since. Headset is very comfortable, even during long sessions and the flip-to-mute function of the microphone is great.

My favorite headphones

The sound is amazing the mix on the right ear cup is perfect. The microphone sounds great and I can use it with multiple devices at once. The sound quality is so good I even watch movies with these on! Worth every penny even up to it’s build.
