I will say that originally it did have issues, but upon following the update instructions, no issues

They have a separate HDMI hookup but hear it overheats and stops working

The ear pads are much better with the fabrick rather than the psudo leather. The psudo leather always gets torn up because of my very course beard. This headset is very comfortable especially for long gaming sessions.

That being said, the connections issues I was having made it unusable. Sometimes my mic would just stop working and no one would be able to hear me talk. Other times my xbox would stop recognizing it all together, so I wouldn't even get sound through it. I would have to restart my xbox each time to fix the issue. I made sure the firmware was updated but that didn't help either. If I'm going to spend this much money I expect it to work flawlessly... or at least as well as the one I have that cost half as much. If not for the connection issues I would have rated it 5 stars, even with high price. But I ended up having to return it.
