I finally upgraded from the Hyper X to these Astro 50’s and woooooow! The sound quality is amazing, they also give you a 2 year subscription to Dolby Atmos and it’s absolutely amazing. I used them to watch movies as well and it’s just outstanding! Highly recommend for any gamer or if you need to catch a movie while the family sleeps.

At first i bought the arctics steel series, although its a good headset for pc its not good for ps4 because ps4 doesnt give surround sound through bluetooth. But this astro headset right here is the real deal. You get real surround sound, eq adjustments. And gives you plenty of options to plug in auxiliary to your phone if you want to use discord and play on ps4 at the same time. Great investment.

Awesome sound quality. I went in looking to spend 100 dollars or so but ended up getting these for over double the price but I’m glad I did. The directional sound and clarity is awesome.

One of the best headsets I’ve ever used. I would recommend it for anyone playing Xbox.

Great headset. Truly wireless, cons is the base station loses setting and trys to keep reconnecting. Needs an updated jog wheel mine stooped workin

let me get this out of the way, very expensive i payed 300 for it plus tax, no usb c, other then that i love the headset its a great ps4/pc headset good battery life, you need a pc to update firmware

Good headset has minor issues where you have to do a complete reset on the headset. To high of a price

I’ve used Astro Headsets for the past 5 years at least. The sound quality is phenomenal and I love the idea of a chargeable base but the big thing that set me back was the mic not picking me up on my Xbox series x. I had multiple people tell me my voice was too low and they tried adjusting their headsets and it did not help. I even tried adjusting the mic settings on my console and in the Astro software. Still no help. If their was a way to fix this issue, I was unable to find it and had to do some digging on top of everything I had already tried.

The worked great for Ps4 but they just don’t hold up anymore on ps5. You can get the Astro adapter but the sound options are not the same on ps4. Its really not astros fault because they are solid headphones.

I replaced my broken Gen 3 with the Gen 4's and I really like them so far. The Gen 4's are much lighter than the Gen 3's which is really nice. I also like how the gen 4's work with Dolby Atmos unlike the Gen 3's. Only thing I don't like is the fact that my mod kit for the gen 3's don't fit the Gen 4's, because they made the magnet polarity oposite which just screams (Scummy business practices).

Everything about the heads is great. The build quality and sound are top notch. My only complaint is compatibility. Spending $300 on a headset that isn’t compatible on all systems is a tough pill to swallow.

In the past month I have had 2 pairs of these headsets I returned the first one because I had to speak loudly for my voice to get picked up by the mic. With the second pair, I had to reset it out of the box because I couldn't adjust the game/voice audio. Afterwards, I learned that it picked up my voice better but it randomly cut in and out. The sound quality was great and you can hear small details other headsets don't pick up. I came to these from the A20's and they were great. I was just trying these out to see the difference but my experience was ruined due mic issues. This may have been a bad batch but this is my first impressions.

Great headphones for day to day use as-well as competitive gaming. A little on the expensive end but worth it for sure.

Grabbed these when my gen 3's started to have issues with disconnecting constantly after 2 years of everyday use. Haven't had a single issue with these gen 4's . Super comfortable headset. Definitely worth it if you have the money considering they've held up pretty well for me in the past. I know some people have had nothing but issues with astro headsets, maybe I've just been lucky
