Sound quality is really good, big drivers that deliver the clean not muffled sound, the only bad thing I would say is it feels tight on my head

While I did find this headset to be the most comfortable between Steelseries and JBL, my main issue with these is the intermittent, yet consistent, audio popping and crackling. I spent hours researching this. I updated firmware and played with ALL of the setting to see if I could mitigate the issue, however, I was never able to prevent the popping. I reached out to ASTRO support and was essentially blown off. I ended up returning this headset. I work from home and have multiple meetings per day. In between meetings I listen to music while writing code. After hours I spent some time gaming on my PC. I need something that I can wear for hours on end without being uncomfortable. I found the audio popping to be quite distracting and, in some cases, even painful to my ears. I found the audio isolation to be very poor as well. The ear cups bleed sound both in an out. There is also no noise cancelling and, at this price point, that should be a given. To replace these I purchased the JBL Quantum 800. Aside from being slightly less comfortable on my ears and a bit bulky/heavy, I am much happier with them. I started with Steelseries Arctis Wireless Pro but they clamped way too tightly on my head and smashed my ears to the point that my ears would ache for hours after wearing them for only a short period of time. I didn't think it would be this hard to find a good wireless headset but it turns out it's not that easy. Good luck!

Comfiest headset I’ve owned in twenty years. Sound quality is excellent especially with the included Dolby atmos, I can hear where people are going before they know where their going. 10/10.

Absolutely love the sound quality this headset puts out. The a50s are notorious for not working properly but once you fiddle around with it you won’t be disappointed!

Love them. Great bass and awesome small perfect charging station. Very comfortable over the head. Ears dont get hot or bother at all. Turn on the Atmos and omg gaming to another level. My experience i give it 5 stars. Will highly recommend.

Great headset for gaming you can hear everything around you

In all honesty it is a really good headset and the comfortability is unmatched.only downside is you do need a whole other piece to fully accesss the potential of the a50s but they can be used right out of the box

Sound was good and the range was really good but they connection issues and would turn off and not turn back on until reset

A bit expensive but very good headset, maybe not the best built quality you can get at that price point

I had this headset for a while and I really had no complaints. It's pretty expensive. I did sell it and changed to a Steel Series Arctic Nova Pro Wireless that's around the same price. I would say the steel series has way more features.

These are pricey, but worth the $$$. I love the Dolby Atmos feature. Right now, I use with the PC and it's been great playing Death Stranding with these on. Very comfortable. I got the Mod Kit direct from Astro but haven't installed it yet. These are great gaming headphones.

Great headphones for my Series X and PC besides 1 problem with the cushion on the head band seems to always come off so I had to zip tie

Best headphones for gaming right now the best sound quality

Best gaming headset hands down. Hook it up to a computer and put them final touches on you’re own sounds and settings. Loud, crisp, clear, mic works great, doesn’t pic up much background sound. Digital Dolby atmos is fire. Recommend buying, watching some YouTube setup videos for best performance.

Great headphones! Great sound quality, however there is some crackling occasionally, from what I presume is the wireless transmitter, despite being less than a foot away from the station on my desk. It is also hard to get these on the charging dock, a little messing with it to get it just right will be required, definitely not a drop and charge thing to do. Software is easy to work with, and overall a nice experience, solid build quality. A little pricey.
