It works, a little fiddly and not sure how durable

I used it in London, Utrecht, and Stockholm. No problems. However, it does have some annoyances. First, the knobs are not very legible and do not contrast enough on the device. Largr white font on the side of the device near the lever slides wouod have been much appreciated. It makes it hard to figure out which lever you want. Further, and most importantly, the levers can get easily jostled and though they may appear to not be engaged, they will prevent another lever from being fully pulled without breaking it. It is VERY important that if you are having any trouble extending the lever that you stop and check all the levers are fully pushed back in to the farthest point. This happened multiple times, but fortunately I didn't try to force it and found the jostled lever to reset everything. It would have been nicer to have the levers lock in place and then I could press down and release only one at a time, rather that multiple having the ability to be partially open. I can see this essily destroying the device if you are not careful. Also a good idea to make sure you plug it in so that gravity will help you keep this big converter plugged into the wall (namely for EU where it can fit one way or 180 the other way). My partner had the converter falling out of the wall constantly, I flipped it and it stayed in the wall no problem. Just a tip. One minor thing is the blue light is very annoying when plugged into a night stand. Very bright and I wished I had the option to turn it off without unplugging it.

I like that all of the prongs withdraw into the plastic body. Easy to use. A little bulky. Love the 2 USB ports on the side to show you to charge your devices with your cable.

Convenient to use for several countries

The usb wall options there weren’t working on half of our trip. I had a couple electronics to charge up, so if I didn’t have these, I would have been in trouble. Cool that we can use these is several different countries too!
