Geek Squad was notified and an appointment was made for the change of mounting brackets. Confirmation of our schedule and their availability was coordinated and all went very smoothly.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sturdy, good range of motion and easy to operate. only issue we have is the mount has no vertical adjustment. it goes side/side, in/out, tilt, but we bought a soundbar after the tv installed and will have to completely remove the tv and mount to raise the tv 1/2" to get it under the tv. would have been nice to have some adjustment here. Also, the instructions could be a lot better.

Totally happy with this quality product.
