It was easy to install and the operation is very smooth. There is a leveling pin in the back you can turn to level the TV, which we needed. The only con is that there is a fair amount of play in the joints. We don't move the TV a lot, so we don't even notice it, but if your plan is to move the TV often, it might end up being a problem for you.

It is sturdy and secure and the angle is easy to adjust.

I didnt even have to find a stub to mount it but I made sure one side did have a strong foundation to drill the screws into.
