You do need to studs 16 inches apart where you are planning on putting it. I wanted to share that because we had to change our plan of where we were going to hang the TV.

If you want truly low profile mount don't go with this one. If you really want s swivel mount it's a good option.

Plenty of room to figure things out and strong enough not to worry about the TV fall coming unhinged!
