However we were unable to use it because the TV we bought fit perfectly standing up it had legs. So we returned this item without any problems. Customer Service was Great!!!!!

We only had 2 issuers, 1 was the distance of the mounting. Our studs are farther apart than normal so the way it is set up to mount would not have worked for us if it had not been for an extra stud that was added due to wiring when they build the house (and luckily we took pictures of the framework when the house was being built) the 2nd issue we had was that it is NOT designed to mount a curved tv…or at least, it doesn’t come with the correct hardware needed to mount a curved tv. Luckily, we had spacers from a previously mounting that same curved tv that we had saved…(thank goodness for a husband who keeps things just in case) other than that, it works well. The mount pulls out with no problem.
