Truly disappointed

Unfortunately, the cartridges didn’t last long AT ALL! I truly feel like they were used and repackaged as new. I printed approximately 12 packages of black and white contract, 2 of which had a colored banner at the top and bottom. Before the last sheet printed, I received a notification that the ink cartridges were low on ink and not just the black ink but both of them. That was truly unacceptable and disheartening.

A low ink message appeared on the printer after only a few prints. Since I picked up the item for installation and 30 days have now passed, I am unable to return this defective product.
