Be careful with refurbished iPads

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered a refurbished iPad with 1 TB storage capacity and received an iPad with 512 GB storage. I used the chat to speak with “customer service “ and the person seemed to have trouble communicating the situation and then the chat was “interrupted “. So now I have to call and see what my options are. I transferred all of my data on the “new” iPad and also purchased a case and screen protector, which I might have to send back. I did not receive what was advertised and what I paid for.
