Love this keyboard. The keys have just the right resistance for responsive typing with low profile. The keyboard is heavy, feels solid and well put together. I bought this primarily for the Logitech flow capabilities to control multiple computers seamlessly without a kvm switch. I paired it with an MX3 Master mouse. It Works great between two Mac computers and a Windows machine and eliminates the need for a keyboard switch. Easy to setup and the battery lasts a long time!

Okay, where to begin. I did a video review of this keyboard, I felt it was that warranted and deserved to be praised. The build quality is out of the park, and I'm comparing it to Apple products and the most expensive keyboards out there. It is SOLID, and feels like it will last a long, long time. It is definitely NOT a gaming keyboard, although I do use it for gaming (I only occasionally game, and when I do, it's really just one or two different games). The typing experience is, to me, the best I've experienced. And this is a very difficult subject to really qualify, as every one has their own typing preferences. But the response you get from the keys, the travel, the spacing, to the layout of the keyboard - all absolutely fantastic. The battery life is stellar. I've charged it once since I got it and it's still going wonderfully. The little things too, like how the back-lighting will gently fade away as your hand leave the keyboard, to coming back when your hand hovers above it, is cool, and a great way to conserve battery life. I have not had to use it across more than one device, but the ability for it to connect simultaneously to more than one PC is remarkable and frankly, really cool. If you have $100 to spend on a keyboard, and you're not primarily using it for gaming, I do not think you would ever regret purchasing this MX Keys, whether you're a PC lover or a MAC fanatic :)

Solid. Feels like quality at your fingertips and is hefty enough not to slide around on desk. Good short to medium key travel, pretty silent. Lets you know when its connecting via bouetooth and backlighting is great. Its interesting how the backlighting knows when to come on! Its like a game, it anticipates me getting ready to type, and lights up just a couple seconds before I set up my hands. Battery lasts for ever.

Nice solid low profile keyboard! I don't have a lot of desk space, so this keyboard fits perfectly, leaving more room for my mouse. Love the fact that I can switch between three different devices. The feel of the keyboard is also excellent...not mushy like other keyboards. Having the keys light up as my hand/fingers near it is also a nice feature. If I could add one improvement, it would be a storage compartment for the USB adapter like Logitech has with their mice.

I love this keyboard. I have my laptop, iPad and my raspberri pi connected to this keyboard. Switching between all the devices are effortless and the build quality is amazing. The key travel is satisfying. USB C charging is awesome and the battery life is descent. My favorite feature is when you take your hands nearby the keyboard, the back lit illuminates even before you touch any key. It might look like a gimmick but it is so useful.

I got both the MX Master mouse and keyboard when it first released. I have it connected to a minimum of two devices at the same time. I like the Logitech flow feature to switch between devices. It is very comfortable to use, love the soft touch feel on the keys, quick to connect after devices are powered on/wake up. Battery life is great too. Backlight feature works great. It is able to detect hand motion well. Overall, it's a great addition to my homeoffice.

Only thing I wish is that the battery lasted a bit longer. Not a deal breaker by any means. Once I turned the backlight down it made it longer. That being said.. this keyboard is a dream to type on if you like short throws [like a laptop] and the key presses have a nice feedback where you know the key was pressed .. Additionally accidental keypresses are minimal. Buttons are programmable with the software. Backlight [white only] is configurable. Is it expensive for a keyboard? To me....certainly. Do I regret buying it? Not for one single second. I bought a second one for my work computer. I know a lot of people complain about the dongles and Logi changing types too rapidly so in this case you could end up with two... but.. coming from wired you were using two ports anyway.. so no big deal.

Finally found a keyboard that agrees with me

After a lot of trial and error, I finally found a keyboard that works for me and the extremely high volume of typing I do for work everyday. I've tried and blown a lot of money on keyboards: cheap membrane keys, mechanical switches (red, blue, brown), Apple, Microsoft, other Logitech keyboards. Ultimately, keyboards are a matter of personal preference, so what works for one will not necessarily work for another, but the MX Keys "Perfect Stroke" keys are what works for me. I have the fewest number of errors and least amount of fatigue and "anxiety" with the combination of the dished key caps, low travel keys, and the action with this particular keyboard. I also benefit from the quietness of the keys. When I gave mechanical keys a try, I thought I liked the sound and feedback. But after a full day of typing, I realized that the noise really contributed to my mental fatigue. This wasn't apparent to me until I used the much quieter MX Keys. The auto backlight is also a nice touch, as I sometimes work in the early mornings and keep the lights down. Keeping it on the lowest setting helps to keep the charging time down. In the four months I've owned it, I charged it I think no more than five times, so it's really not a big deal. However, I would have preferred replaceable batteries, as I like to use rechargeable NiMHs. The lithium battery inside this keyboard will eventually go bad and the keyboard will cease to function. There's no wired mode. But I guess I'm looking forward to seeing how many years this keyboard's battery lasts.

Love being able to use my favorite keyboard with 3 different keyboards. Keyboard touch very subjective, but I like it. A little firmer than many, but not stiff. Full complement of keys. Logitech software adds some programmabilty. I use with MX ergo trackball. Allows me to copy & paste to a second paired computer. Often use to transfer files from one computer to the other.

Excellent bluetooth keyboard. I really like everything about it. - The keyboard itself is solid, and has a nice heavy feel to it compared to others. - The touch of the key strokes is pleasing - Sound of keys are dampened, but there is still some clacking of keys present when you type fast. It's not as annoying as most cheap keyboards. - The battery life is also quite long, and after 3 months I still haven't charged it.

I was really used to the Apple keyboards with minimal button movement and easy to slide across keys. I tried another Logitech with normal buttons and didn't like it. The MX Keys is closer to what I was used to. I run a windows PC for my Quickbooks and a MAC for all my other tasks. This keyboard has a cool feature that's lets you with between devices with a button push. I auto resyncs between MAC and Windows, now I only have 1 keyboard on my desk. I LOVE IT

First of all, Best buy get your shipping act together! Sure. it is fast shipping, but don't just throw the item in a big box without some type of packaging material. By the time this thing got to my house, the shipping box had been ripped open and taped up again. Horrible! That said, I am very happy and relieved that this keyboard lives up to my expectations. I did not think it would be so hard to find a keyboard that I liked. I tried, ordered and returned several keyboards and had been losing hope until I got this one. Main thing I wanted was a keyboard that had keys with less travel, but was also reliable in terms of connectivity and durability and was wireless with a relatively long lasting battery. In addition, since I already had a logitech mouse, I preferred to stick with logitech so that I could use the unifying receiver (one usb port for mutliple devices). I love the way the keys type!!! This was my main concern. I don't want to expend too much effort in pushing down the keys. I am also a touch typist, and I wanted the keys to respond quickly and accurately when being pushed. For reference, I was trying to find something like the microsoft surface keyboard, but the one that they were selling for desktops seemed to have some issues upon reading the reviews. I tried the more expensive logitech ergonomic keyboard, and I hated it. It was 30 dollars more expensive and seemed like it would have worked, but I think it was too large for my hands. The only thing that could possibly make this keyboard better is to have it attached to a palm rest and maybe sit a little higher. For now, it will do!

I go through a lot of keyboards trying to get the right one. I have several expensive mechanical keyboards as well as an assortment of Dell & Microsoft keyboards. This one seems to be the one I landed on. The battery last for a long time and it is comfortable to use. I love the backlight keys. The quality is top notch. and I haven't looked at buying another keyboard since. (easy to switch between my Mac and my PC too).

Using two different systems (windows and Mac) was always a bit of headache when it comes to use only one keyboard/mouse. Since I got this keyboard my life became easier. I can connect both systems to the keyboard. I can switch between the two systems by just pressing one button. Even can connect up to 3 systems. Looks great, long battery life, easy to use, backlight for the keys.

I had been looking at the Logitech K800 lighted wireless keyboard that would work with my existing Unifying devices. It is a full-sized keyboard with nice sized keys with good movement. As a network engineer, I type a lot for work, especially IP addresses; so, a good keyboard keeps me productive. While waiting to see if it would go on sale, I had been glancing at the Logitech MX Keys lighted wireless keyboard. It was a bit pricier and the keys seemed more like buttons than keys, even though they had a solid feel to them. Finally, I read several reviews – and all were very positive and talked of the accuracy of the keyboard; and one additional positive, it works with other unifying devices (I have a unifying mouse and keyboard at home and work so I only need to carry my laptop). I decided to take a chance on the MX keys and have not been disappointed in the least. The button like keys are actually a low-profile version of full-sized keys and the accuracy is very good. I adapted quickly and am now considering a 2nd one for at work. It connects either using an existing Unifying receiver, the included Unifying receiver or Bluetooth and can be set to use with up to three devices (although only 1 Unifying device). By hitting one key, I can use with either my work laptop or my home laptop. The lighted feature is good as it lights up as your hands approach. For power, it has a built-in battery that lasts fairly long and charges via usb. For anyone who likes a quality typing experience with a solid feel, I highly recommend the MX-Keys lighted wireless keyboard. I was not disappointed and enjoy the quality feel of this keyboard.

To level set, I’m a bit of a keyboard/mouse snob - I have gone through dozens of combinations trying to find exactly what I want with desktops, laptops, tablets, you name it. At first glance, this ticks all the boxes for a desktop keyboard - it’s multi-device (both Bluetooth and RF/nano receiver), works with multiple Unifying receivers, backlit, quiet (I do office work far more than gaming and have never been big on mechanical keyboards), has a good weight/stiffness to it and is wireless rechargeable. But I’ve been teased with good looking keyboards before - would this one measure up? In a word, YES. This is an amazing device - and quickly became my favorite desktop keyboard of all time. The layout and design are spot on and allow me to hit my top typing speeds. The multi-device capability lets me jump between devices rapidly without missing a beat and the battery life is great even with the backlight on. Any downsides? Well, you can’t adjust the tilt (unless you want to find something to wedge under the keyboard) and it’s not the fastest for gaming - but for a keyboard that will be used primarily for typing, this is just about the best you’re going to get.
