Good camera, not as clear of a picture as I thought it would be but certainly an upgrade from laptop camera. I use this for online lessons and still have some sound issues with camera microphone so I will need to buy an a separate condenser mic but for normal speaking or meetings, should be fine as is and yes Zoom audio settings were adjusted. My only real complaint is the thunderbolt or usb c cable that the camera uses. I use an older laptop and finding an adapter for thunderbolt 2 has been a nightmare.

I have never used a webcam as the camera was always built-in to my computers and laptops. I bought this based on product research, and I am not disappointed. I like that it can be set up on the screen or with the stand.

Great quality and price. If you do mild streaming and work from home or school this would be a good camera to get.

Got this product for webcam for my desktop. I think it is good compared with a lot of other cameras in the same price range. This was a product I returned so I don't know why they asked me to review. From my limited time with it, I think it was a good value.

Camera is great. Plastic parts and bracket, and customer service from Logitech are terrible. I purchased this camera in March to immediately deploy virtual learning solutions for my students. I relied on the logitech reputation for quality and customer service. While the camera's performance was everything I wanted it to be, the plastic bracket, which is proprietary and not shared by other camera equipment, cracked to pieces in just a few months. After searching on line I discovered that this is a known issue with this camera. Nevertheless Logitech does not seem to be able to send replacement brackets. Therefore customers are left with a 170 dollar camera that is unable to mount on its tripod and endless runaround from Logitech. I have had a service ticket in the works for more than a month and it takes weeks in between communication from them to get answer to the ticket and this morning I received a request from them that is as if the request just started today, asking for all the same information over again. I'm frustrated, disappointed, and angry. It is the first week of school and this camera is what I rely on to provide virtual contact with my students. Meanwhile I'm wasting valuable time in an endless loop of unhelpful emails from Logitech. I will not buy another Logitech product based on the customer service alone.

Decent for what it is, but the auto settings often mess with color hues. I’ll be streaming and suddenly turn very blue or pink at the slightest adjustment of the room or light.

Brought this for zoom calls and meeting. Easy to setup and has great video qaulity.

Easy to set up (just connect to your laptop's USB-C port. But sometimes it doesn't get detected unless I restart my Chromebook.

Great picture and clear sound from microphone. So far so good when it comes to using it for video conferences

The camera itself is very nice looking, but it handles low light poorly. Other than that it has great quality for portrait or landscape recordings.
