    The printer was given as a gift so not sure how it is working as Son in law has not said anything about the printer at this time

    When it works, it works perfectly. The problem is that I often lose the wifi connection and have to re-do the set-up, which takes some time. And, I almost had to return it because the screen just shut down the other day and wouldn't display, even though the power was on. The service rep was great, though, and he finally showed me how to do a hard reset. It's working once again. I just hope this does not become a regular issue.

    Impossible to print with. Doesn't connect to your PC via USB. Sometimes works through the iPhone app. 9 out of every 10 times I try to print something (with full black and color ink cartridges) the printer prints out a blank page. Absolutely unbelievable and a complete rip off. I wanted a small printer to be able to print 1-2 pages at a time...this is an embarrassment and Epson should recall this product. Do not buy

    Brand new ink cartridges failure

    I have owned this printed for 3 days and after "initializing" the ink cartridges, a message popped up telling me that I needed to replace the initial cartridges with new cartridges. I have not yet printed a single page. I will be returning this and demanding all of my money back, although I would prefer for someone to provide new ink cartridges immediately and tell me why the brand new ones do not work.

    BAD BAD PRINTER SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF ME WHEN I TRY TO USE IT. BE READY FOR LONG PRINT TIME AND LOW INK CONSTANTLY. SHORT BATTERY TOO I HAAAATE THIS SLOW SLOW LOW BATTERY PRINTER

    Poor Quality - Only got 50 Copies

    Only got about 50 pages printed before it stopped working. When it did print the quality was okay. Tried 3 new sets of ink cartridges and none of them fixed the issue. It still acts like it is printing but absolutely nothing prints on the page. Even trying to print a test page it prints blank.

    Impossible to read or follow instructions. Heavier than expected. Flimsy. Part had to be removed and was impossible to put back. Then a piece of it chipped off.
