Every year, same time, same problem. It’s frustrating because these pens aren’t cheap and now I have to buy a 4th one because “my warranty is over” as if the warranty even matters since it breaks literally days later

Both the buttons are very stiff and nice to use. The overall feel of the pen was great!

This pen is easily as good for tracking a feel, plus it adds buttons, relieving the need to reach all over the screen for back buttons and such.

We're sorry that you received a Surface Pen in the wrong color. It sounds like you may have received a Platinum pen instead of Ice Blue. If it's still within Best Buy's return period, we recommend exchanging it for a new one.

After using it myself, I'd recommend it for sure. It detects thr pressure youre using better than the bamboo does. If you have a surface, this is a must.
