When it said refurbished I thought it might have problems. There are no hardware problems and came in brand new condition besides 1 scratch on the lid. The performance of the computer is very good for internet and coding. The only thing is if you want to play a game the fans constantly run because it’s such a thin computer I think. The display is touch screen with great brightness and it’s excellent resolution like a MacBook Pro. If your looking for a Microsoft surface product I would highly recommend.

Overall good shape. Key pad slightly worn. Seems to drop the internet upon start up.

I use this laptop for online school and it does everything it needs to. Love the touchscreen and how light the laptop is.

I've purchased several Surface devices for my company over the years, and I'm quite happy with them. I needed three additional ones for an emergency, so I ordered the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Surface Laptop 2. All three laptops were completely filthy! I have purchased plenty of refurbished and new items over my lifetime, and none of them were ever covered in grease, grime, and fingerprints. I had to thoroughly clean each one, before even booting them up. Also, I ordered three black Surface Pro 2, but got one blue one. It's actually pretty nice...once you clean it. Other than that, the units appear to function fine, but I will never buy Geek Squad refurbs again, I'll just quit being a cheapskate and buy new.

I purchased this computer for my granddaughter, who will be graduating, it made a wonder gift & she enjoys it very much. I would recommend for the inquisitive student!

The overview of how the laptop functions is everything I wanted but I had to wipe some gunk off around the charger and there seems to be small scratches throughout the laptop. This is a refurbished laptop but it was something I saw someone else make a review about and though I should write to let Best Buy know this is an ongoing problem. (item was purchased in my brother's account)
