A real money saver. I used to buy expensive ink every 3 months on my old Canon printer. Also No issues that I never resolved. Connectivity is never a problem. Settings is all in the printer itself and your smartphone. No need for a computer.

Frustrating to set up, frustrating to use. Overly complicated, control panel not intuitive. Prints very slowly. Hoping I get used to it over time, and its inadequacies are offset by savings on toner. Really liked my old HP printer/scanner, but the toner costs were insane.

I love this printer. I have always loved Canon printers/cameras, etc. My husband has another major brand and has had nothing but problems with it. I will always stay with Canon. Best Buy made this purchase very easy. They ordered it for me and then when it arrives they loaded it into my car. The only recommendation I would make is that the instruction screen be back lighted in future models.

Works well. Disappointing that the duplex copier is Manual front to back and not automatic. It defeats the purpose of the auto scan function IMO.

Ink refill is cheaper than cartridges and lasts longer.

So far so good. But setup instructions could be better...clearer. And the ‘energy saving’ auto shut off is a default that’s annoying. Found the way to turn off that feature a few steps into the menu.

Performing well and like the different tanks of ink due to size. Beats constantly purchasing the smaller tanks for other cannon printers.

This would be the perfect printer if they made the display larger. On a positive side, you really only need the display for initial setup, then you can use Canon software to manage your settings.

This printer was great. I have had it for several months and barely used 1/4 of the ink. Unfortunately it is now not printing well. It prints pink instead of blue. It acts like maybe one of the heads is clogged, but I used the maintenance buttons to clean it and it still isn't working great. Their recommendation is to unplug it for 24 hours and try again. Very frustrating for a relatively expensive home printer.

The best part is no more cartridges to buy. It works like a champ bright colors.

Easily the best printer I've ever owned in my entire life. SO easy to set up, including connection to the WiFi and the computer wirelessly. Literally "plug and play" to use that old phrase. The print quality is amazing on high quality paper. I've not used it to print a photo yet, as I rarely print photos. Scanning is lickety split, as well. Very highly recommended!

good copier but where the screen readout is for information is in a bad spot for reading things on the screen

This printer is a good product. Easy setup, great job printing pictures. My only complaint is the small screen that isn't backlit. Hard to see the settings without a good light on the screen.

Hasn't let me down yet and I've had it for a couple years now- Only got clogged once after I didnt use color for a while but it was an easy fix

set up easily, use it with wired and wifi connections, no complaints so far

Terrible ! Had been a problem since purchase! I only had it a couple years, barely used it but EVERY time I did I’ve encountered error messages ! Paper jam, wrong paper slot, not printing! Most times I could never figure out what the matter was! Alas, I purchased a laser jet printer! MUCH BETTER!!
