Very poor was told it was certified refurbished. Needed it same day for job, had to wait on it in the mail for a few days. Got it. It was used and in extremely poor condition, back corner on it clearly had been dropped on, to the point the chassis seam couldn’t stay closed so it was just constantly collecting dust and debris inside it. Not to mention the fact it was my professional laptop so, the other corners were dinged in, scratches all over the thing on the chassis and the screen. Deep scratches not normal wear. How this thing was classified a certified refurbished is beyond me. I take it back and am offered no type of reconciliation for my time and money, I simply asked for something with similar specs and features for same price and they give me the Samsung galaxybook360 2nd gen 13.3” model. No pen with it, 1080p not 4k resolution, i5 not an i7, 256Gb ssd not 512Gb. 8 Gb ram not 16Gb. Absolutely, positively furious at this point. I mean I look online and in 5 mins I find a yogi i9 with all the specs I’m looking for, same price range yet the tech experts give me something that doesn’t have 1 single feature I asked for?

Compared several computers and this one definitely was a good choice. Has worked great for Solidworks and Keyshot.

This computer is nice light weight and easy to use. Excellent quality!
