Overall excellent keyboard. Due to the key layout it does take time to get used to typing on it. Your fingers have to adjust to the different distances and angles for touching a key. However, after practicing, I find the wrist rest very comfortable and typing is very effortless. One feature I wish they would add is a rechargeable battery. I bought a MX Master 3S mouse with this that is rechargeable and find that very convenient so I don't have to buy more batteries. I am still discovering all the various functions that come with this product. Very Very Satisfied with this keyboard.

    Solid, quality keyboard

The keyboard is well-constructed and has a solid feel, I haven't noticed any significant flex in the body of the keyboard while using it on my lap, a use case for which it works rather well, better than most full-sized keyboards I've used in this way. Pairing and switching between 3 different devices was easy, and the board has worked equally well with my PCs and Android smartphones. Toggling between standard F1-F12 function keys and Logitech special functions (multimedia keys) is as simple as pressing the FN key and the Escape key. The keyswitch action is smooth, there is a bit of tactile response (typical of scissor switch mechanisms), but it's not at the same level as high-end mechanical keyswitches, most commonly used on higher-end gaming and programming keybaords. This is a great ergo keyboard. The only improvements I can suggest would be Cherry MX keyswitches and backlighting, but if neither of these are important to you and ergonomics is, there's a good chance that you'll like this unit.

Love this keyboard overall. Feels light. Keys feel great. Issue: Same price for so many years. At this point you would think some cost improvements would happen since this is an old model. But nope. I have had to get a new one previously due to it not working after 2 years. Then I got a new one and a key was broken out of the box. High price, expect high quality. Hit and miss. Currently have some wear on arm rest on my home keyboard which I do not use often. Only had a year. But still feel like I recommend this keyboard over other brands who seem to not care about Ergo market.

All around i like it, it's a fantastic break for my wrists and forarms. My longevity and comfert has increased dramatically. The keys do have some distence between them but i adapted to it quickly. I can see how this is either love or hate item. I find it comfortable and resonably quiet. I would recomend people try it just for the posible longevity improvement like I had.

Better than I thought having to compete my form MS 4000 Comfort Keyboard. This ERGO K860 does not disappoint and I actually like much better and the big plus is wireless connection, which my former MS 4000 lacked. The keys are very comfortable and I actually like much better than the MS 4000, which was a surprise for me. I like that it has it's own USB dongle so no worry about having an installed operating system for the keyboard to work such as getting into the BIOS at computer startup. Also, they really nailed the comfort level with this keyboard and can do work without any strain. Really like this purchase and definitely would recommend.

    Logitech Quality, One Moderate Annoyance

The Logitech craftsmanship is ever present, and the keyboard shape and palm cushion prevent wrist pains due to typing. There are keys for nearly everything and they are customizable to a point on both MacOS and Windows. My mid-size gripe is that the attached keypad on the right-side of the unit forces the keyboard to need a nontrivial, often inconvenient placement on most work desks.

I bought this for my wife. She is a java developer who works from home. Her old MS ergo keyboard died, and I wanted to get her something a little more robust. She. says she likes it much better than the old MS, especially the attached palm rest.

I use this keyboard in my home office. I have two personal computers and one work computer. I am so happy that I can switch up to 3 computer inputs. My mouse does the same. This type of keyboard is very comfortable for your hands and wrists. Takes getting use to but well worth the investment and built well.

Worth the price for multiple computer users

I actually have two of these keyboards because I have to use multiple computers both at work and when I WFH. I spend a lot of my work time on a computer, and I have a history of carpal tunnel in my family. The ergonomic design of the computer makes typing noticeably more comfortable than using my laptop or standard keyboards. This is primary reason I purchased the keyboard. But, there are cheaper ergonomic keyboards. This keyboard is my choice because 1) it's wireless, 2) supports both Mac and Windows keyboard functions, and 3) supports up to 3 connected computers. Because I have to switch between a Mac and PC frequently, having only 1 keyboard on my desk saves a lot of space and makes it look less cluttered. I use Bluetooth to connect to a MacBook and the USB dongle to connect to a PC. The keyboard supports a third computer connection, but I haven't tried that functionality. If only there was a mouse that worked as well on multiple devices...

I was previously using a Microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000 which I loved, but it was getting worn out. This one feels similar, but with laptop-style flat keys. I really like the switch buttons that let me go between my laptop (Bluetooth connection) and desktop (Unify receiver) instantly.

I really enjoyed typing on this once I got used to it. But, I purchased it along with a Logitech Lift mouse, and while typing feels nice, my mouse wrist is in a lot of pain from 3 hours of work. Because it's wider than standard AND has the 6 inches of num pad + arrow key section, it's just too far to reach for the mouse for me. Since I purchased both for ergonomics, this one's going back and hopefully a gel wrist bad will hold me over until I find an alternative. For reference, I'm 5'1" so my reach is less than others', but I wish Logitech catered to everyone and tested these with different people that people smaller and larger than the average..

I have been waiting years for a good ergonomic & wireless (bluetooth!) Mac keyboard. Logitech finally delivered. Not only does this keyboard eliminate most of the increasing carpal and medial strain I was experiencing, but it looks great, feels very high quality, and the ability to program connections to use for multiple devices without having to unpair/forget it from one device to use it on another is fantastically smart. Especially when people are working from home and doing dinner parties over Skype/Zoom, it's nice to be able to grab the GOOD keyboard from my office to bring down to the dining room for a dinner call, or even take it outside with my laptop if I want to work in the back yard for a little bit. This keyboard has really achieved what Apple has been building towards with the features like Handoff in the new iPadOS and MacOS: giving your entire Apple ecosystem a seamless way to pick up a task on another device and still use your favorite keyboard.

Just what I was looking for! I had an older, wired keyboard. It still works but I wanted the wireless function. It is a very quiet keyboard which was only one of the upgrades from my older one. I was able to merge my wireless mouse (also Logitech product) and only use one dongle.
