    This machine loads websites fast! Some pics load slower than some, but not frustratingly so. Give me an SSD over a disc hard drive anytime. Also, this laptop does not weigh a lot. Great machine overall. I have been using PCs and laptops for over 20 years.

    Not as nice a machine as advertised. should have been priced better. Price was OK, performance has been OK. Not up to usual Best Buy standards. Delivery on-time.

    To say the least I am quite disappointed with this purchase. I have always trusted the Dell brand, I loved the quality, and ease of set up. I will have to wait to see if they handle the problem or try to blame it on something I did or didn't do. Lets jut see if they honor their warranty.

    Screen colors and quality are pretty poor. Very faded colors and poor contrast. Seems impossible to fix by adjusting settings.

    Not really Dells fault, but Best Buy delivered an open box laptop with a cracked body and labeled it as excellent condition. Seems like the previous owner dropped the laptop or damaged it somehow.. Returned instantly and got the MSI modern 15.
