This is much too strong or rapid. It’s vibrations buzz your brain off used on the neck even on low. I love s hard massage and this is just crazy.

As a runner and cyclist, I often times need to work out different aches and pains that can develop during training. I've tried many of the static massage tools that are available and although they are cheap, there's only so much they can do. The Theragun Mini isn't super cheap by any means, but I think it is WELL worth the price. It allows you to target many areas of the body with a conveniently sized, handheld device and doesn't take up much room. The thing I like about the size of the mini compared to a massage device with a handle is that it seems to be more convenient to access my back where reaching around with a device with a handle could be challenging. In regards to the massage that it can provide, although it's a percussive device, it's gentle and there is a certain amount of give or spring to the massage and it's not like it's a jackhammer or anything like that. It's very smooth. I like that it has 3 different speed options for varying degrees of massage. The sound that it puts out is pretty quiet - it's hard to come up with a comparison but in no way is it as loud as a small kitchen appliance like a blender. It may wake someone up if you were to use it in bed if that person was a light sleeper, but I think it's a rather soft sound that it makes. Could not recommend this more for people who can benefit from at-home massage.
