Although it is much bigger than I expected, it has all the features that I wanted. It works very well and having the added bonus of connectivity to my HP phone app makes printing a breeze.

GREAT product! However, it was rather pricy!. I wish the “scan to email” feature wasn’t quite as complicated to set up.

This is a decent printer, but the recent HP changes to its printer firmware which prevents users from utilizing less costly third party toner cartridges is a big problem. Essentially, buying 4 Genuine HP cartridges equals or exceeds the cost of the printer where the third party cartridges are significantly more reasonably priced. In all, this will probably be the last HP printer we ever buy as being forced to pay for overpriced toner is un-American.

It's all good except it continually prints two-sided even when I request one-sided copies.

Good value but didn’t work for my small office. I would otherwise recommend it.

Excellent high quality Laser printer. Set up was a bit challenging and took about an hour.

I have an issue with printer with an update mode only after 1 and 1/2 months of operating. We have called over three times to fix and they are unable to fix it properly every time. They have sent a replacement now, and hopefully will solve the issue. The printer is extremely louder than the previous model.

Wireless connectivity it totally hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I usually have to turn the printer back off and on, sometimes I end up deleting the printer from my computer and reinstalling, and sometimes I end up restarting my wireless router too, just in case. It's always a roll of the dice. Additionally, the toner that comes with it isn't a full cartidge so it runs out very fast, necessitating the purchase of overpriced cartridges. At approx. $100 per cartridge, replacing all four is literally almost as much as the printer itself cost.

Do yourself a favor and price out how much it would cost to replace the ink in this thing. Notice that aside from the fact that they don't recommend you use off-brand ink, you CAN'T use off brand ink because they put chips on the cartridges that off-brand inks don't have. In addition to that, I find that this printer does not like card-stock paper, and after a month I'm getting blotches on the paper. The cost of operating this printer, that does not like heavy paper, is prohibitive, and I've learned to check out the cost of ink before I buy. Never again will I buy from a company who has as part of their business model gouging customers on ink.

Im glad i got the warranty i had it replaced twice and then it broke after the warranty was up. It kept overlapping prints. Kept loosing wifi. Paper kept jamming. My cheap Canon worked ten times better

I have recurring problem with all HP printers - they require that you use their app to connect to blu tooth - that would simply be a pain in the neck, but it randomly decides not to recognize the computer and requires a new sign in. It is offensive enough that they make it impossible to use their equipment without joining their account, but then to repeatedly interfere makes me wonder what they are doing - what information do they gather from computer, for example. I'm stuck with HP equipment for now, but I will never buy their equipment again.
