Great printer for small businesses

The only problem that I had was initial set up with Wi-Fi. After struggling to finally get it on our office net work, I finally got it going and it has been great.

The images, however, are OUTSTANDING. You get this kind of quality only in print materials (books, magazines, etc...). Work in IT so I've seen all kinds of color printers/copiers but this is top notch.

Great quality printer but remote setup impossible

So much better than my old ink guzzling inkjet printer. Only thing is that it seems impossible to set up remote printing or scanning via email. Hoping Geek squad can help me with this remotely. It isn’t worth over $100 to have someone come set it up. Setup for my last printer (an Epson) was so easy.

Good unit for my home use

Setup for this one was a little tricky but the Geek Squad are the best and we got it going in no time. Printing, scanning, faxing, and copying functions all perform terrific. I would recommend this unit.
