THIS SYSTEM HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER FOR ME . WHAT A PRINTER SCANNER ETC I WHIS I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE WHEN I GOT THE EPSON. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. THANK U

So happy to have a laser printer at home!

We use our printer every day, and we are SO happy that we decided to purchase a laser printer instead of an ink jet this time around. The images are sharp, the colors are vivid, and we can quickly print from our cell phones, computers, and our ipad. Set-up was surprisingly easy. Our only reservation would be that the printer is a little louder than you might expect when it is printing something. We love having a laser printer at home!

Good Machine, Bad Software

Unfortunately, the software that was installed for our windows 10 computers immediately caused and randomly continues to cause blue screens of death on both of our computers. One is a Dell, one is an HP. The usual HP line that I'm getting on both my new computer and my new printer is "we've never heard of this" which means they're either not paying attention or they're not honest.

Only Lasted 1 Year

HP online troubleshooting said I need a new printer, I have only changed the ink twice, we really don't print that much. Totaltech scheduled, I'll let you know results. I would have hoped this printer lasted more than a year.... Beautiful when it was working. Ink is extremely expensive
