I traded the traditional, heavy vacuum for this lightweight one years ago and love it. I can vacuum and carry it around with ease which is why i purchased this one for an elder.

I always had a corded vacuum before we purchased this dyson. They were heavy and annoying to lug around our home, especially because we live in a 3 floor town home. So we finally decided to pick this vacuum up to solve our problem of lugging around a heavy corded vacuum and it has worked wonders. It sucks up basically anything that you put in front of it. We have two cats and it does a great job of making it seem like we don't have any. The amount of on time is perfect for a home of 1400sq ft and below. Anything greater would call for getting the models with better battery power. Other than that, great vacuum!

My Dyson corded vacuum was finally starting to go after 10+ years of constant use. It did such an amazing job I wanted another and chose this one since I have 2 English bulldogs. This vacuum is lightweight and easy, I don’t feel like vacuuming is a chore anymore since I can just grab it, vacuum and put it away. It picks up all the hair and dirty from the rug, I can vacuum everyday and the canister will always comes back full. The only downsides are if you use it on the highest suction setting the battery doesn’t last long, but the mid suction setting works just fine. The other is I wish it had a lock for the trigger, my hand gets tired holding it down for long periods of time.

Weak after one year. This vacuum is bulkier than most other handheld Dyson's, yet the motor is already wearing out after a year. If I don't use the maximum boost setting, I'll be going over the same patch of rug/flooring repeatedly, so now it's always on boost, which then depletes its battery power quickly. There's also something wrong with the fitting, it's really hard to remove attachments - much more so than the v7 handheld Dyson we had before. I will be looking at other brands at this point.

We’ve had a Dyson an upright vacuum for 10 years. It still works good. We recently removed the carpet upstairs and on the stairs. Now hair from one cat and everyday dust was more visible on the floors and stairs. The upright was always difficult on the stairs so it was time for something new. Was picked the V10 over the V11 because of price. First time we used it was on an area rug that looked clean and in just a couple minutes it filled the bin with what looked like a whole cat’s worth of hair. Obviously the Dyson technology has greatly improved. The ease of being cordless and all the attachments it comes with makes vacuuming so much easier. Highly recommended.

"Settled" for this because I was a day late on a sale for the stronger version. No matter. A bit heavy but built to last and easy to use. The 5 year plan was reasonably priced as well.

Used this vacuum for almost 2 years, and by "used" I mean heavily. Our entire house is carpeted, minus kitchen. With tiny babies crawling around, it was paramount for my wife and I to maintain clean floors. We don't wear shoes inside and vacuum a couple times a week. It's shocking how much debris is captured after we vacuumed just days prior. Owning a dyson means there's a bit more maintenance involved... Cleaning the bin & filter regularly to ensure it's running tip top. It should be done regularly, but this machine is designed for easy maintenance, so your time investment is minimal. I highly recommend this versatile cleaning apparatus. The juice is worth the squeeze!

This vacuum is the absolute best! As an owner of 2 dogs, I have no issues vacuuming dog hair. This product has no problem getting the job done. Highly recommend purchasing this vacuum!

At first I thought it was very pricey. I have a German shepherd that sheds like there's no tomorrow. When I used it at home and saw the results, it's worth every penny.

Super impressed with the power and suction. Almost went with the next step up but couldn’t swallow $1k for a handheld but if this does what it does, I might spend the extra $$ in the future

Good product...battery looses charge after a few years...i got good solid 3 years out of it...good to get the 5 year geek squad protection...they replaced it for free and i just had to re purchase geek squad for the new one so that it is also covered.

Bought to replace an aging cordless that never had the power to pick up small dense objects, like BBs, legos, popcorn kernels or mardi gras beads. This one has 3 power levels and will pick most of these objects up from a hardwood floor on low power. Medium & high gets them all, but the unit runs pretty hot on high. Most impressed by the tangle-free ability to pick up stringy objects, like plastic Easter basket hay, without wrapping up on the brush. Dumping the debris is very easy and mess free. But, the wall hanging charger causes the vacuum to hang out from the wall 10", where a bump of the tube will crack the mount. It also doesn't have enough docking space for half of the attachments. I had to make a support to solve these issues. Overall, a big improvement over my previous vacuum's performance, but at this price, there could have been much more thought in the charging/mounting system.

We needed a strong and reliable vacuum. We have two large dogs and this vacuum cleans up our floors perfectly. Thank you for getting it ready for pickup quickly.

This is one of the best vacuum’s that I ever purchased. It’s lightweight, goes under furniture, it’s great on carpet and hardwood.

Love the power that this light-weight vacuum packs. Everyone helps out and it is fun to use too. Different attachments allow easy reach under and over things. Also takes care of the pet hair with ease.

Great vacuum. The price is a little high but hey its a dyson. The battery last a long time and gives me plenty of time to vacuum all the carpet in my house. The boost function is great as well. Works pretty good for pet hair. Works great on hard floors.

We had an Dyson Animal ball for about 5 years and while it was great, we no longer had a need for a full size vaccum. We found the V10 cordless and have been very impressed with its power.

Love everything about this Dyson, lightweight and cordless with easy to switch out attachments it’s everything you really need. Great for hard surfaces and very easy to use.
