Gift for college student and it looks like it will work out great.

I really like this vacuum. It has good suction and the motorized brush tool is exactly what I hoped for. Others seem to criticize the ergonomics but I think they're fine. I am however highly disappointed in the Shark warranty. Mine has an issue with the yellow release button for the dirt cup which started gradually after only a couple months of use. It doesn't open the dirt cup so I have to pry it open with a finger nail or screwdriver instead. I asked Shark to replace the dirt cup under warranty and they said no as this is a "wear item". I understand filters and things like that, but I strongly disagree that a plastic button is meant to wear out after 6 months. That alone makes me not want to recommend this to others.

Great product. The battery life and the power it has is like no other I’ve had in the past. I would recommend it!!!

Vacuum works as advertised, no complaints about performance. Only inconvenience is the lack of charging station or base. Makes it a little awkward to store and charge. Best Buy’s packing however was terrible. They shipped it in the original manufacturer box which wasn’t meant to be shipped. The box was super beat up and we were initially worried that it would be damaged. Luckily the product was ok. Best Buy, please get with the times and ship products inside an actual shipping box with packing materials inside so the condition of orders isn’t left up to chance.

Sucks well. Feels hefty enough without being too heavy and seems to be a well put together quality product. Attachments work well with the unit.

Convenient and fast, its powerful and light weight. Handles quick cleanups easily.

Good battery time, motor strength, easy to use, and most importantly, the debris canister is very easy to empty and clean. A great purchase overall.

Good suction but the noise level is high. Missing a stand for charging. Now you have to plug in a smallish contact for charging.

This is good for using as a car vacuum or for small cleanups around the house. It seems to work as expected and is holding up fine. I guess it looks cool too.

This vac has great suction for a hand vac. Charges quickly and holds charge well. Easy to empty and clean too.

The suction isn't there. I have a Ryobi hand vacuum that does way better job. Although i do like the powered pet head attachment. I also don't like the fact yhat it has a internal battery but I gave a chance since its a Shark product.

I purchase this vacuum to replace an older model shark held vacuum. This model is much lighter and has very good suction

I love this little shark. I wish i would have gotten one a LONG time ago. I have two dogs and two cats and endless shedding. It is so much easier than getting out my big vacuum every time I want to clean some up. And its a lot easier in hard to reach places than trying to mess with the hose on the vacuum. Works great on window ledges, in between couch cushions, piles of dirt after sweeping, you name it. It as plenty of power and easy to just push button and dump out. Tip for new user, unless you empty out after use, do not store it facing down, dirt comes right back out the hole you sucked it up in.
